TREATMENTS

We use a variety of treatment modalities. Please call for accurate prices based on the location of your massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for breaking up muscle knots called adhesions. This massage can help alleviate pain in chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a popular alternative therapy working with pressure points on the feet and hands. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired feet, and encourages overall healing.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is the most common type of massage to promote relaxation and an overall sense of wellness. This massage uses light pressure and long strokes as well as various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross friction.

Pre-natal Massage

Pre-natal or pregnancy massage is massage therapy specifically tailored for the expectant mother’s needs.

La Stone Massage

Treatment Provided at Certain Locations

La Stone Massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones and cold marble are placed on key points on the body. Clients will enjoy a unique therapeutic experience as the therapist will massage them using both the warm stones and the cold marble. This combination of hot and cold treatment has extraordinary healing benefits to the body.

Accupressure

This involves applying pressure to certain meridian points on the body to relieve pain and increase circulation. Finger pressure that therapists use on certain energy meridans sends a signal to the brain to facilitate healing throughout the body and to the organ associated with the specific meridian.

Trigger Point Therapy

Very specific massage targeted in the muscle belly to release trigger points that will help to relax the entire muscle.

Aromatherapy

Special cremes/oils with therapeutic qualities are used for aromatherapy.

Myofascial Release

Releasing and stretching the fascia helps to relax muscles and alleviate pain in the tissues.

Sports Massage

Pre and post event massage to get the body ready to perform before and event and to relax, stretch, and squeeze the lactic acid out of the tissue after the sporting event.
